预防老年手术患者下肢深静脉血栓的护理措施及效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预措施对预防老年手术患者下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的临床效果。方法对47例老年手术患者采取预防DVT的干预性护理措施,监测DVT发生情况及血浆凝血指标变化。结果 47例患者中,2例发生DVT,45例痊愈出院;8项血浆凝血指标中,除血浆D-二聚体含量手术前后均高于正常值外,其余7项凝血指标均在正常范围;血浆纤维蛋白原含量术后高于术前(P<0.01)。结论对老年手术患者采取预防DVT的干预性护理措施,可收到良好的预防效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing interventions for preventing deep venous thrombosis（ DVT） in aged patients after operation. Methods Nursing interventions were taken on 47 postoperative patients. DVT and changes in plasma coagulation indexes were monitored. Results Among 47 patients,2 patients suffered from DVT and 45 patients were recovered and discharged from hospital. Except for plasma-D,seven out of eight plasma coagulation indexes of the patient were normal. Plasma fibrinogen before operation after operation was higher than before operation（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Nursing interventions in preventing DVT for postoperative aged patients are effective.
