楼宇监控系统国内外现状

摘　　要：通过对国内、国外楼宇监控系统的研究,发现目前市场上楼宇监控系统品牌主要有:美国霍尼韦尔EBI系统、美国江森Metasys系统、德国西门子Apogee系统等。各系统都以直接数字控制器(DDC)作为楼宇自动化系统中设计的关键点,但各自特点分明。对国内外的楼宇监控系统进行简单分析,为楼宇监控系统的发展提供参考依据。Through the study of domestic and foreign, building monitoring system, found that the current market building monitoring system main brands are： Honeywell EBI system, American USA Johnson Metasys system, Germany Siemens Apogee system. The systems are based on direct digital controller （DDC） as the key point in the design of building automation system, but each distinct building monitoring system based on the domestic and foreign were analyzed, providing reference for the development of the building monitoring system.
