摘  要:阐述我单元主导支柱型产品热处理后校正的选择以及校正压痕深度等问题,查找资料并通过生产实践摸索,对W2Mo9Cr4VCo8、W18Cr4V等高速钢以及9SiCr、40Cr等合金钢淬火后组织转变以及刀具热处理后导致变形的常见因素进行分析,并对预防及补救措施方法做了主要介绍,对校正方法、校正工具的正确合理使用等进行深入探讨,解决了生产中刀量具热处理后校正困难的问题。Leading pillar type products after heat treatment in this paper I unit indentation depth problems such as the selection of calibration and correction were discussed, and through the production practice for finding out information, to W2Mo9Cr4VCo8 and W18Cr4V HSS and 9 sicr, 40 cr alloy steel after quenching organization transformation, and the deformation of tool heat treatment after the common factors were analyzed, and the approach and the preventive and remedial measures are mainly introduced, the calibration method and calibration tools such as the correct reasonable use, in-depth studies are solved in the production of knife gage calibration difficult problem after heat treatment.
