摘 要:对中药有效成分的提取技术的发展进行了概述,分述了膜分离技术、酶法提取技术、微波萃取技术、超临界流体萃取、半仿生提取技术、动态逆流提取技术等技术在中药有效成分提取分离中的最新应用情况并简述其存在的问题与发展前景。传统的和现代的提取分离方法各有优劣,采用合适的提取分离方法,不仅可以提高提取效率,还可以增加某种化学成分的相对量,为后续处理带来方便,根据大量实验表明现代技术使得中药有效成分的提取更高效和简便。Development of distilment and separation in Chinese medicine is described. The present application of Membrane Separation,Enzymatic Extraction,Microwave Assisted Extraction,Supercritical Fluid Extraction,Semi Bionic Extraction and Dynamic Countercurrent Extraction Technique in the separation of the Chinese medicine effective sites is given. It reviewed the Chinese traditional medicine extraction and modern new techniques in the TCM research progress and the existing issues. Traditional and modern extraction methods have both advantages and disadvantages. The use of appropriate extraction methods can not only improve the extraction efficiency,but also increase the relative amount of a chemical ingredient convenience for subsequent processing. According to a large number of experiments show that the application of modern technology has made Chinese medicine of extracting effective components more efficient and easy.
