摘　　要：计算机组织与结构是计算机科学与技术专业及相关专业的一门核心基础课程。为使学生更好地理解和掌握所学内容,对该课程的授课方法与实践教学环节进行了深入探索和研究。从团队式互动教学、可编程逻辑器件模拟实践、软件仿真项目实践三个方面进行面向实践的课程教学探索。实施三年以来已取得显著效果,提升了学生学习兴趣,提高了学生的动手能力和研究能力,促进了课程体系建设和教学质量提升。Computer organization and architecture is one of basic core courses in computer science and technology and related majors. In order to enable students to better understand and grasp the knowledge,teaching methods and practice links are researched and explored. Practice- oriented teaching exploration includes three aspects which are interactive team teaching,programmable logic device simulation practice and software simulation project practice. Practice teaching has achieved remarkable results by three years reflected in improving students＇ interests in learning,enhancing students＇ manipulative and research abilities,and promoting construction of courses system and teaching quality improvement.
