抗高血压新药埃他卡林研究文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的:了解埃他卡林研究现状和方向,为今后研究和临床实践提供参考。方法:检索维普数据库、中国知网数据库、PubMed、Embase数据库中所有关于研究埃他卡林的相关文献,采用文献计量学分析的方法,对纳入研究埃他卡林文献的年份分布、作者排序、文章类型、研文机构、被引频次数等进行统计分析。结果:共检索到埃他卡林相关文献273篇,中文165篇,英文108篇,均为国内研究;论著266篇,综述7篇;机制研究24篇,动物实验189篇,临床试验6篇,体外实验71篇。结论:国内对埃他卡林的临床基础研究已基本成熟,临床试验相关研究也日益增多并且更加深入。Objective： To investigate the research status and development direction of iptakalim by collecting the relevant literatrue for providing reference for drug research and clinical application. Methods： All literature related to iptakalim were searched from VIP, CNKI, PubMed and Embase database. The distribution of publication date, authors, article types, research institutes, citation frequency were analyzed based on a bibliometric approach. Results： A total of 273 literature papers were searched from databases, 165 articles were written in Chinese, 108 articles were written in English. All articles were published by Chinese institutes. There were 266 original articles and 7 reviews. There were 24 mechanism researches, 189 animal tests, 6 clinical trials and 71 experiments in vitro. Conclusion： The basic research about iptakalim has basically mellowed. Many researchers paid more attention to clinical trials and the clinical researches will be studied deeply.
