我国湘、豫、皖3省竞技篮球后备人才培养现状的调查研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法对湘、豫、皖3省竞技篮球后备人才培养的现状进行调查。结果发现:湘、豫、皖3省篮球后备人才培养规模较小,质量有待提高,培养方式不尽相同。其中,湖南省已经完成"三级训练"体系向"一条龙"体系的过度,竞技篮球后备人才的培养完全由教育系统承担;河南省篮球后备人才培养以业余体校为主;安徽省则由体育与教育系统共同承担。3省篮球传统学校水平参差不齐,湖南省水平最高,安徽省竞技水平最低;湘、豫、皖3省高校篮球氛围浓厚,但竞技水平总体较低,只有湖南省的3所高校在全国赛场上竞争力较强。结果表明3省的高校篮球竞技水平在全国处于中下游水平。针对制约湘、豫、皖3省竞技篮球后备人才培养的症结,提出了可行性的理论建议。This paper investigated the current situation of basketball reserve talents cultivation in Hunan,Henan and Anhui provinces by methods of literature review,questionnaire and expert interview. The results showed that the three provinces each have small scale of basketball reserve talents cultivation. Hunan province has completed the transition from＂three-stage systems＂to＂one-stop system＂. Competitive basketball reserve talents cultivation is undertaken by education system in Hunan and Henan provinces,but Anhui province is by both sports and education system. These three provinces mixed in terms of basketball tradition in campus. Hunan is the province of the highest level and Anhui is the lowest one. Basketball is popular in these three provinces＇ campus,but it＇s in a less competitive level,only three Hunan colleges＇ teams have strong competitiveness in national games. The competitive level of college teams in these three provinces is in the lower half level of the country. Directed at competitive basketball reserve talents cultivation problems of these three provinces,this article provided some feasible theoretical suggestions.
