摘  要:目的:观察4周HiHiLo对女子跆拳道运动员安静及定量负荷后血液流变学特征的影响,探讨HiHiLo提高有氧能力的可能机制。对象和方法:8名国家跆拳道女子运动员,在模拟海拔2 500 m的低氧环境下HiHiLo4周。观察HiHiLo前、3 d、4周后安静状态及定量负荷后血液流变性、运动能力的变化。结果:4周HiHiLo后,4 000 m跑和PWC170成绩有显著提高(P<0.01);安静状态下,各切变率血液粘度显著低于HiHiLo前,红细胞变形能力显著提高;定量负荷后,HiHiLo4周后,高、中、低切变率下,只有低切的血液粘度显著低于HiHiLo前(P<0.05),红细胞变形能力显著高于HiHiLo前(P<0.05)。急性低氧(3d),各指标与HiHiLo前后均无显著性差异。结论:4周HiHiLo能够显著提高受试者的运动能力。HiHiLo4周后,安静状态下血液流变学发生了适应性改变;定量负荷后,低切变率血液粘度和红细胞变形能力的适应性改善有利于微循环的有效灌注。血液流变性的适应性改变可能是HiHiLo提高运动能力的机制之一。急性低氧暴露不能改善血液流变性。The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of 4- week HiHiLo on hemorrheology changes in quiet state and after fixed load exercise. Methods: Eight female taekwondo athletes coming from national team participated in 4- week HiHiLo which was simulated plateau environment at an elevation of 2500 meters. Blood viscosity and red cell deformability were observed before HiHiLo,3- day HiHiLo,quite state after 4- week HiHiLo,and after fixed load exercise. Results: 4000 m and PWC170 performances are improved after 4- week HiHiLo(P〈0.01). In quiet state after HiHiLo,blood viscosity is lower than before while red cell deformability is higher than before. After fixed load exercise,low shear rate of the blood viscosity after HiHiLo is lower than before( P〈0.05),and red cell deformability after HiHiLo is higher than before(P〈0. 05). After 3- day HiHiLo,all indicators haven't changed after HiHiLo. Conclusions: Four-week HiHiLo can improve athletes' exercise ability. Fourweek HiHiLo changes hemorheology in quiet state. After fixed load exercise,the adaptation of low shear rate of blood viscosity and red cell deformability can improve the perfusion of microcirculation. The adaption change of hemorheology may be a mechanism of HiHiLo improving exercise ability. Acute HiHiLo cannot change hemorheology.
