从动作技能视角刍议学校铅球课程的重要性

摘　　要：在文化传承背景下,为了阐述铅球课程在学校体育中的重要性,运用文献资料、理论分析法从运动技能角度分析铅球技能中超越器械、旋转爆发力、动作节奏三个重要技术环节构成,用图片解析法、比较分析法从整体性视角透析出众多体育运动中相同动作模式的存在。分析结果:1)在学习过程中,铅球的超越器械、旋转爆发力核心技术是其它运动项目相同技术的基础动作模式,发生正迁移规律时,对掌握其它体育项目的重要技术起到事半功倍的效果,而且这些技术也是网球、乒乓球、跳水、羽毛球、高尔夫、篮球、足球等技术中的重要技术环节;2)铅球练习的动作节奏是在负重状况下进行,使发力顺序、动作节奏要求更精细,更加有利于人体动作的体现。旨在阐述铅球课程的运动技能重要性,为学校体育课程改革拓广分析视角。Under the background of cultural heritage,in order to discuss short put course＇s importance in school sports,this study analyzed the short put＇s technical compositions of beyond the equipment,rotating explosive force and the action rhythm from the perspective of motor skill,by methods of literature review and theory analysis. Also this paper pointed out that the similar motor skill model is existed in many sports. Results： 1） Beyond the equipment and rotating explosive force of shot put are the basic skills for other sports during learning process. It will be helpful to learn other sports when they were developed positively. These skills are the core ones in tennis,table tennis,diving,badminton,golf,basketball,and soccer. 2） Short put＇s action rhythm is taken with load,it requires more precise force order and rhythm,and is beneficial for motor performance. This paper aims to discuss the importance of school shot put course,and to provide broader perspective for reform of school sports courses.
