摘　　要：近现代以降，随着社会经济的发展产生出越来越多的成果、越来越大的利益和越来越多元化的利益关系，整个社会就必然处于不断的政治调整和改革的过程中，否则就终将或出现以暴力为重要特征之一的革命，或出现整个社会从里到外的持续性动荡和溃烂。从世界历史的角度看，这种调整和改革的主导趋势是：只有借助于限制公权、实现个人的充分权利的制度安排，才能保障人们的这种利益和协调人们的这种利益关系，并使每个社会成员有平等的机会享受社会经济发展的成果。对于当代中国来说，形成制约公权、实现个人的充分权利的制度安排，就是政治体制改革的主旨。The author,in his unique academic discourse,both refines two interconnected important(and sensitive as well) questions,namely,what is China's political system reform and why is it possible,and takes them as critical objects of Marxism political philosophy.He analyses deeply from ideology and culture various misconceptions hindering people from correct understanding of China's political system reform and it's realization route,and then expounds further the methodology of correct understandings of China's political system reform and it's realization route.This not only enriches Marxism political philosophy with ' Chinese experience',but also provides important theoretical references for promoting China's all-round political system reform.
