摘 要:目前器官移植已获得长足的发展,已经成为终末器官衰竭患者的主要治疗方法。移植术后如何减少移植后排斥反应的发生是器官移植成功的关键。解决移植排斥反应的主要方法在于诱导受体对供体细胞组织或器官产生免疫耐受。体外光化学疗法作为一种新的免疫调节疗法,可诱导器官移植负向免疫调节,减轻器官移植排斥反应,从而使患者产生免疫耐受。体外光化学疗法也已经被广泛应用于治疗皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤和多种免疫系统疫病。但其确切机制目前尚未清楚。但其在治疗过程中可明显减轻药物的毒害作用,应用安全性高且范围广泛,在临床应用中有广阔的前景。该文就体外光化学疗法在临床新的研究进展作一综述。Organ transplantation has been developing greatly in recent years,and it has been the main treatment for patients with end-organ exhaustion.To control postoperative rejection is essential to a successful organ transplant.Allograft rejection should be solved by the induction of immune tolerance of recipient versus donor cell/tissue or organ.Extracorporeal photopheresis (ECP) is a new effective immunomodulatory therapy,which could negatively regulate allograft rejection and even induce transplant tolerance.ECP has also been used for the treatment of patients with cutaneous T-cell lymphomas (CTCLs) and various autoimmune diseases.However,exact mechanism required to be elucidated.ECP is safe and of general application,and could significantly reduce toxic effects of drugs.Collectively,ECP has a broad prospect in clinical application.This article reviews the new progress of research into ECP.
