摘 要:中国工会"是党联系职工群众的桥梁和纽带,是国家政权的重要社会支柱"、"既维护职工利益又维护全国人民总体利益",与西方市场经济国家工会"仅代表劳动者、仅维护劳动者利益"明显不同.厘清社会主义国家工会以"社会服务"为主与资本主义国家工会以"劳动维权"为主两者之间的差异,深入探讨转型期中国工会传承发展的历史、现实和理论逻辑,通过对中国工会发展历史的回顾从而强化工会与职工群众的密切联系、重视中国特色社会主义工会理论对于中国特色工会实践的推动,对于促进劳动关系和谐稳定发展、坚定中国特色社会主义工会道路具有重要意义。The trade union in China is distinctive from its counterparts in Western market economies for its dual representativeness.The trade union in China represents employees on one hand and Party and governments on the other,and thus needs to preserve both the benefits of employees and the overall interest of the Chinese people,whereas trade unions in Western market economies represent only the employees and thus need to preserve the benefits of employees only.This paper addresses the following issues of great importance to the harmonious and stable development of industrial relations(labor relations) and the persistence with the path of trade union with Chinese characteristics:the difference between the social service of trade unions in socialist countries versus the employment rights protection of those in capitalist countries;the history,present,and theoretical logics of the Chinese trade union in a transition period;historical understanding of the development of trade union in China as a way to strengthen the close relationship between trade unions and employees;trade union theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics as a promotion of the trade union practices with Chinese characteristics.
