摘　　要：目前,我国宏观经济形势不容乐观,就业压力日益增加,以创业促就业已经成为各级地方政府促进经济发展、解决就业问题的重要举措。创业环境是影响创业活动的一个重要因素,为创业者提供一个良好的创业环境,成为目前迫切需要解决的问题,对创业能否成功起至关重要的影响。因此,对创业环境进行评价具有重要现实意义。本文首先界定了创业环境评价的内涵,然后分析了创业环境评价准则,构建了区域创业环境指标评价体系,并利用因子分析法,计算出中部六省省会创业环境得分,通过对比研究,客观评价了中部六省省会的创业环境水平,并提出了完善中部地区创业环境的措施。At present, there is an increasing pressure on employment in China due to the macroeconomic situation. In order to release the pressure and promote the local economic development, a healthy Entrepreneurial Environment is urgently needed. En- trepreneurial environment is a important factor to affect entrepreneurial activities, and it has an important influence on the success of entrepreneurship. First, the paper defines the connotation of entrepreneurial environment and analyzes its criterion, constructs the regional entrepreneurial environment evaluation index system of Central China＇s six provincial cities, and then establishes the evaluation model by means of factor analysis method. Lastly, it puts forward an objective evaluation on Zhengzhou＇s entrepreneurial environment level with a comparative study.
