摘　　要：当前我国社会主义现代化建设快速发展,随着改革开放不断深入,社会转型特征日益明显,各种社会矛盾不断发生,责任缺失现象越来越严重,责任危机问题日益凸显,成为各种社会危机频繁爆发的主要诱因。导致责任危机的根本原因是责任人缺位和责任体制不完善。因此,需要健全责任体制,培育合格的责任人。With the fast development of Socialist modernization and the continuous deepening of the policy of reform and opening up, social transformation has become increasingly obvious. Due to various social contradictions, responsibility is becoming more and more important. The liability crisis is becoming more and more prominent, which is the major cause of social crisis. The fundamental cause of the crisis is responsibility vacancy and imperfect responsibility system. It is urgent to improve the responsibility system and cultivate qualified persons with responsibility.
