摘　　要：中东变局发生以来,"基地"组织阿拉伯半岛分支、伊斯兰马格里布分支和"伊斯兰国"等新老恐怖主义势力的活动十分猖獗。恐怖主义势力积极利用地区形势动荡扩充力量,传播恐怖主义意识形态,并发动了一系列恐怖主义袭击。除此之外,恐怖主义组织还积极利用利比亚战争、叙利亚内战和马里危机造成的混乱局势,广泛介入地区热点问题,进而对地区安全造成严重威胁,尤其是近期"伊斯兰国"的建立对中东地区格局产生了十分消极的影响。转型中的阿拉伯国家陷入长期动荡,宗教与世俗、民主与民生、改革与稳定等矛盾不断加剧,都构成了有利于恐怖主义发展的肥沃土壤;"基地"组织的战略调整尤其是意识形态调整,以及美国中东反恐战略的日趋功利化,也对中东地区恐怖主义的泛滥有重要影响。Since the outbreak of the Middle East turmoil, the old and new terrorist forces, such as A1 - Qaeda in Arab Peninsula （AQAP）, A1 - Qaeda in Islamic Maghreb （AQIM）, Islamic State （IS）, and other terrorist groups are expanding their influence violently. These terrorist groups take advantage of the regional upheaval to spread terrorist ideologies, and have launched a series of terrorist attacks. Particularly, these terrorist organizations have made use of Libya War, Syrian Civil War, Mall crisis and other turbulent situations to extensively engage in regional hot issues, which have posed grave threat to the regional security. Particularly, the establishment of ISIS has had negative effect on the regional situation in the Middle East. Arab countries in transformation have fallen into a mire of turbulence, and the contradictions between religion and secularism, between democracy and livelihood, between reform and stability have escalated, and they have all provided a hotbed for the rise of terrorism. The strategic readjustment of AI - Qaeda, especially of its ideology, and the increasingly expediency of the US anti - terror strategy in the Middle East, have exerted a far- reaching effect on the widespread terrorism in the region.
