海洋产业集聚与海洋科技人才集聚协同发展研究——基于耦合模型构建

摘　　要：海洋产业集聚与海洋科技人才集聚相互影响、相互制约,呈现耦合发展态势。两者相互配合的协调与发展阶段的同步决定了我国海洋经济的总体发展质量与发展的可持续性。以耦合度与耦合协调度为评判指标,通过构建海洋产业集聚与海洋科技人才集聚耦合发展评判模型,定量评估两者的协同发展现状,提出现阶段两大系统的协同发展对策。The relationships between marine industrial aggregation and marine science and technology talents aggregation are mutual influence and mutual restriction. They tend to be a type of coupling development. The quality and continuity of our marine economy are determined by their coordination and synchronization, We designed coupling parameter with coupled degree and coupled coordination degree to build the model of marine industrial aggregation and marine science and technology talents aggregation. Finally we put forward some measures of the collaborative development of two systems based on their current collaborative development situation.
