摘  要:为降低盐酸酸洗废液对环境造成的污染,根据酸洗废液的成分,研制成功酸洗废盐酸综合回收系统。系统由雾化焙烧炉、热交换塔,氯化氢气体多效吸收塔、尾气多级净化塔,以及配套的过滤器、旋风除尘器、耐酸泵、清水泵、引风机及贮槽等设备组成,达到环保增效目的。To reduce the pollution of waste hydrochloric acid to the environment, a re-covery system for waste hydrochloric acid from steel pickling was successfully developed in accordance with the composition of the waste acid. The system is consisted of a spray baking furnace, heat exchange tower, multiple absorption tower for HCL gas and multiple-stage purifi-cation tower for waste gas, as well as auxiliary devices such as filter, swirling deduster, acid-resistance pump, clean water pump, draft fan and storage tank. Application of the system has achieved the goal of environment protection as well as economic benefit.
