摘  要:目的通过对江苏省2005年-2013年脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)实验室网络监测数据进行分析,评估其运转情况,为江苏省继续维持无脊灰状态提供病毒学数据。方法分析全省13个地级市上报的急性弛缓性麻痹(AFP)病例个案送检表、江苏省脊灰实验室病原学监测数据和国家脊灰实验室对所有脊灰病毒株进行型内鉴定数据库。结果 2005年-2013年江苏省脊灰实验室共收到2 413例AFP病例粪便标本,252例AFP病例接触者粪便标本,检测未发现脊灰野病毒和疫苗衍生脊灰病毒(VDPV)。脊灰实验室每年均通过了世界卫生组织(WHO)和国家脊灰实验室盲样标本的能力验证和现场认证评估,细胞系敏感性也均达到WHO的要求。结论江苏省脊灰实验室网络运转良好,细胞系是敏感、有效的,为江苏省继续保持无脊灰状态提供了实验室依据。Objective Through analyzing the laboratory network monitoring data of poliomyelitis (polio) in Jiangsu province from 2005 to 2013, assess its operating condition and provide virological data for Jiangsu province to maintain polio - free status. Methods Analysis was made on the inspection tables of acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) cases reported from the province's 13 prefecture cities, Jiangsu provincial laboratory pathogen monitoring data of polio and the database of national polio laboratory for type identification of all poliovirus strains. Results From 2005 to 2013 Jiangsu provincal laboratory received a total of 2 413 stool samples of patients with AFP, 252 stool samples of ones contacted with AFP cases. In detections didn't find wild poliovirus and vaccine -derived poliovirus(VDPV). Polio laboratory annually passed the proficiency testing to blind samples and site cer- tification assessment of World Health Organization (WH0) and national polio laboratory, the sensitivity of cell lines also meets WHO requirements. Conclusion Jiangsu provincial polio laboratory network operates well, cell lines are sensitive and effec- tive, which provides laboratory evidence for Jiangsu province to remain polio - free status.
