摘  要:目的了解天津地区各类场所水系统中嗜肺军团菌(简称军团菌)的污染情况,为预防控制军团菌病的传播提供科学依据。方法随机抽取天津地区各类场所(包括宾馆酒店、商场超市、办公楼等)水样共135份,进行军团菌检测。结果 2013年共采集135份水样,生活类用水检出率为1.92%,集中空调系统用水检出率为14.45%。结论天津地区部分场所水系统中受到军团菌污染,存在健康安全隐患,应加强公共场所水系统的日常监督与防控工作,并监督开展清洗消毒工作。Objective Understand the contamination condition of legionella pneumophila (LP) in water system of Tianjin places, and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of legionella disease spreading. Methods 135 random sam- ples in various places from Tianjin were selected for detection of legionella, including hotels, supermarkets and shopping malls, office buildings and so on. Results In 2013 a total of 135 water samples were collected, living water detection rate was 1.92%, central air conditioning system of water rate was 14.45%. Conclusion Legionella contamination happens in some wa- ter systems in Tianjin area, which is hidden trouble to health and safety. We should strengthen the supervision and control of public water system, and the supervision to carry out disinfection cleaning.
