摘 要:目的了解浙江省桐庐县细菌性腹泻致病菌的分布和耐药状况。方法收集3家桐庐县级医院门诊腹泻患者粪便361份,进行7项病原菌的检测。结果在361份粪便中,检出致病菌10株(检出率2.78%),主要是沙门菌、致泻性大肠杆菌、志贺菌,检出率分别是1.94%、0.55%、0.28%,沙门菌的检出率比志贺菌的检出率高,存在未被发现的群体性沙门菌感染疫情的可能。沙门菌对多数抗菌素敏感,福氏4C菌型志贺菌存在多耐药现象。感染时间集中在7月、8月,与年龄和性别无关。结论目前桐庐县感染性腹泻存在的病原菌主要是沙门菌,其次是致泻性大肠埃希菌和志贺菌,个别项目采用的检测方法不够完善,有未被发现的群体性沙门菌感染疫情存在的可能。Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of bactenrial pathoges of infectious diarrheain Tonglu county, Zhejiang province. Methods 361 stool samples of diarrhea outpatients were selected from 3 hospitals in Tonglu, and 7 projects of pathogenic bacteria are detected. Results In 361 stool, diarrhea pathogen infection was detected in bacterial 10 (detection rate is 2.78% ) , mainly Salmonella, E. coli causing diarrhea and Shigella. The detection rate was 1.94% , 0.55% , 0.28%. The detection rate of Salmonella is higher than the Shigella, the posibility of undetected mass outbreak of Salmonella infections may exist. Salmonella is sensitive to most antibiotics, Shigella 4C is resistant to multi - drug. and the infections mainly happen in July and August, regardless of age and gender. Conclusion Infectious diarrhea pathogens in Tonglu are Sal- monella, E. coli causing diarrhea and Shigella, Salmonella is the main. Detection methods in some projects is not perfect, there are undiscovered mass outbreaks of Salmonella infection.
