精索静脉曲张手术前后精子畸形率及精子DNA完整性变化的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨精索静脉曲张对男性不育患者精子畸形率及精子DNA完整性的影响。方法选择精索静脉曲张男性不育患者86例,行精索静脉高位结扎术。术前和术后3个月进行精子形态学分析和精子DNA完整性检测。结果精索静脉曲张患者术后精子畸形率及精子DNA断裂指数(DFI)明显下降(P<0.05),差别有显著性意义。结论精索静脉曲张可引起男性精子畸形率升高及精子DNA损伤,对男性精液质量有明显影响。Objective： To study the effect of varicocele on the sperm deformity rate and sperm DNA integrity in sterile males. Methods： 86 sterile males with varicocele were selected and high ligation of spermatic vein was performed. Sperm morphology and sperm DNA integrity were analyzed before and three months after the operation. Results： Sperm deformity rate and sperm DNA fragmentation index （DFI） decreased significantly （P〈 0.05） after varicocele operation. Conclusion： Varicocele can increase the sperm deformity rate and cause sperm DNA damage, and has obvious effect on male semen quality.
