摘 要:矿业活动扰动原有的环境结构,加速环境的物质循环,影响整个矿区的环境系统。矿山环境质量定量评价与掌握其内在变化规律是实现矿区的可持续发展基础。文中通过建立自然禀赋维,生态环境维以及人文指数维三维定量指标体系,并基于集对分析的"宽域式"函数结构,确定矿山环境质量指标和相应指标质量标准集合之间的联系度函数,建立矿山环境质量集对分析定量评价模型,运用新模型对三维指标体系的15个指标进行了定量评价。得出了黑龙江七台河煤矿的整体环境质量等级为Ⅱ级,其中生态环境维是影响矿山环境质量主要因素。评价结果与模糊数学法评价结果基本相符。模型评价应用表明:集对分析法不仅体现矿山环境质量定量评价信息处理中的相对性,也包涵模糊综合法的模糊性,计算过程较为简便且结果较为准确。Mining activities disturb the original environment structure,speed up the environment of material circulation,impact the mining area environment system. The mine environment quality quantitative evaluation and mastering its internal change rule are the basis of realizing the sustainable development of mining area. Through establishment 3 d quantitative index system with natural endowment,ecological environment and humanities index,and based on set pair analysis " wide domain type" function structure,we made sure the relationship degree function between the mine environment quality indicators and the corresponding index quality standards set,built the mine environment quality set pair analysis quantitative evaluation model,witho 3 d index system containing15 indicators. It came to a conclusion that the overall environment quality of Qitaihe coal mining in Heilongjiang province was for level Ⅱ,among which main factor affecting the environment quality was mine ecological environment. Evaluation results and the fuzzy mathematics method consisted with the evaluation results. Application shows that the evaluation model not only embodies the mine environment quality quantitative evaluation information in the processing of relativity,but also includes the fuzziness of fuzzy synthesis. The process of calculation is simple and result is more accurate.
