摘  要:对北京某200MW热电机组锅炉烟气各级颗粒物的排放特征进行了研究,同时考察了静电除尘器(ESP)、湿法脱硫(FGD)设备对其的影响。结果表明,最终排放的烟气颗粒物中主要以不能沉降的可吸入颗粒物(PM10)为主,占55.3%;ESP对不同粒径(PM1.0,PM2.5,PM10)颗粒物去除效率达97%以上,随着颗粒物粒径的减小,去除效果降低;由于脱硫吸收塔直径较大,除雾器的设计和布置比较合理,吸收塔出口烟气流速较低,FGD对PM2.5的去除效率约70%。The emission concentration of ash particles smaller than 10 μm in diameter (PM1 0 )in a 200 MW thermal power plant boiler equipped with electrostatic precipitator (ESP)and wet flue gas desulphurization (WFGD)was examined using a Dekati low pressure impactor(DLPI).The effect of flue gas treatment fa-cilities on PM emission was analyzed.The results show that the PM1 0 had made up around 55% of the total ash released from the power plant,while that for PM2 .5 was 24%.The ESP had an overall removal efficien-cy over 97% for PM1 .0 ,PM2 .5 ,PM1 0 ,and the larger the particle size,the higer the removal efficiency.For the WFGD device,due to reasonable design and operation of the demisterand relative large diameter for the limestone tower,the outlet flue gas flow rate could be controlled at a low rate.Consequently,the PM2 .5 re-moval efficiency could reach 70%.
