自体微粒皮在深度烧伤患者肉芽创面移植的效果观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨肉芽创面上直接自体微粒皮移植术封闭深度烧伤创面的可行性。方法：对深度烧伤患者22例，创面坏死组织薄化处理后，形成鲜红色的肉芽创面，将自体微粒皮直接移植于肉芽创面并用保湿敷料覆盖。术后随访6个月至3年，观察治疗效果。结果：18例患者植皮后3-6周全部愈合，4例植皮后未能全部封闭创面，用同样方法行二次植皮封闭创面。术后随访患者6个月至3年，外观效果令人满意，无严重瘢痕挛缩。结论：深度烧伤肉芽创面上可以直接行自体微粒皮移植，而且非常容易成活，瘢痕增生不明显。Objective ：To explore the feasibility of granulation wound directly auto microskin grafting op-eration new method of closing of deep burn wounds .Methods ：Auto microskin transplanted directly into deep burn granulation product and moisturizing dressing .22 cases of burn patients treated by this method ,and were followed up for 6 months to 3 years ,the healing effect especially the scar formation was observed .Results：After microskin grafting ,the wounds of 18 patients healed completely within 3 to 6 weeks .Part of the wounds in 4 patients had mi-croskin graft failure ,but healed after the second microskin grafting .All patients were followed for 6 months to 3 years ,and the appearance and the function of the skin after the microskin grafting were satisfactory and no obvious hypertrophic scar was observed .Conclusion：Deep burn granulation wound can be directly treated with autologous microskin grafting ,and very easy to survive ,no obvious scar hyperplasia .
