摘  要:本研究从某高硫煤矿以及硫磺矿山处筛选得到5株具有氧化亚铁离子能力的富集菌株。编号为ZL—Sl的氧化亚铁嗜酸硫杆菌Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans浸出高硫铝土矿中杂质硫的能力最强。该菌株对高硫铝土矿摇瓶浸矿脱硫后,矿石中的硫含从3.83%降低到0.53%~0.69%,脱硫率达到85%以上,A1203回收率达到97%以上。脱硫过程在常温常压下进行,脱硫后铝土矿物化性质无任何变化。In this study,5 strains of acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans were obtained from the high sulfur coal mine and the sulfur mine. Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans ZL - S1 had a stronger ability of leaching the sulfur from bauxite. The content of sulfur of bauxite were decreased from 3.83% to 0.53% ~ 0.69% after shake flask bioleaching, and the desulfurization efficiency reached above 85%, the recovery rate of A1203 were attained more than 97%. All of the study were carried out under normal temperature and pressure, and the physicochemical properties of bauxite hadnt changed.
