摘 要:选矿—拜耳法是针对我国低品位难处理一水硬铝石型铝土矿的一种高效生产手段,它的提出对我国氧化铝的生产具有重要意义。沉降分离是影响选矿—拜耳法生产氧化铝效益及其产品品质的一个重大难题,选矿—拜耳法流程中的沉降分离工序包括洗矿尾矿沉降、浮选精尾矿沉降以及赤泥沉降,添加絮凝剂是目前普遍采用并行之有效的沉降分离方法。本文论述了絮凝剂的种类、性质、作用机理及其在选矿—拜耳法工序中各沉降环节中的应用,结合各环节矿浆及矿物的性质分析,对不同矿浆絮凝剂的选型问题进行了论述。针对不同类型的矿浆选择合适的絮凝剂,已成为选矿工作者的重点之一。Dressing - Bayer process of alumina production is an efficient means of production that aimed at the difficult low grade diaspore bauxite, which is very important to the alumina production in our country. Settlement separation is a major problem which has an influence on the efficiency and product quality of Dressing - Bayer process of alumina production. Settlement separation procedures of Dressing - Bayer process include washing tailing settlement of sedimentation, flotation tailings and red mud settling, adding flocculant is an effective settlement separation method which has been used widely nowadays. This paper introduce the kinds, properties, mechanisms of flocculant and its application in every settlement separation procedures of Dressing - Bayer process, and make a comment on flocculant selection for different slurries with the properties analysis about each slurry and mineral. Choosing an ap- propriate flocculant about different kinds of slurries has become one of emphases of the research of dressing workers.
