摘　　要：工程项目成本管理是降低项目成本,提高企业经济效益的重要手段。文章分析了当前施工企业项目成本管理存在的主要问题并提出相应的对策建议。Engineering project cost management isthe means of reducing project cost and Improving the enterprises＇ economic effect. This paper has analysed the main problems on engineering project cost management existing in construction enterprises and has submitted corresponding countermeasure suggestion.
