摘　　要：经过首批7套国产化装置的应用和验证,第二代S Zorb工艺与工程技术可靠性大幅提高,长岭分公司1.2 Mt/a装置创造了连续运行超过40个月的工业记录。介绍了国内S Zorb装置工艺与工程技术改进与创新情况,对国内S Zorb装置自2012年以来的运行情况进行了调研和分析,第二批装置的剂耗、能耗、辛烷值损失等指标更加先进,完全能够满足炼油厂生产国Ⅴ车用汽油时长周期稳定运行的要求,装置的建设成本和操作费用更具竞争力。The 2nd-generation S Zorb process and reliabilities of associated engineering technologies have been greatly improved after commercial application and verification on 7 domestic commercial units in China.The 1.2 MM TPY S Zorb unit has been running continuously for 40 months without any trouble.The improvement and innovation of S Zorb process and engineering technologies in domestic units are introduced,and the operations of S Zorb units which have been put into operation since 2012 are investigated and analyzed.The results show that,the 2nd-group S Zorb units are good in catalyst consumption,energy requirement and octane loss,etc.They can be operated reliably in long-term to produce Guo Ⅴ motor gasoline and are very competitive in capital investment and operation costs.
