摘 要:介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司1.6 Mt/a催化裂化装置的汽油生产现状,分析了原料组成、工艺条件、催化剂、汽油终馏点和蒸气压等因素对催化裂化汽油辛烷值的影响。结合闪蒸系统扩能改造,对装置提高产品辛烷值采取了调整措施,即增大掺渣比、提高反应温度和剂油比、提高汽油蒸汽压和再生催化剂定碳等。实施效果表明,汽油辛烷值达90.5以上,较优化前平均增加0.7单位,优化操作工况下月增效益约453.6×104RMB$,达到了提高汽油辛烷值的目标,降低了高标号汽油的调合成本,弥补下游装置的损失。The operation of a 1.6 MM TPY fluid catalytic cracking unit (FCCU) in SINOPEC Luoyang Company is introduced.The impacts of feedstock compositions,process conditions,catalysts and end point and vapor pressure of gasoline etc on gasoline octane number are studied.In the expansion revamping of flashing system,corresponding measures were implemented to improve the gasoline octane number such as increasing residue blending ratio,raising reactor temperature and catalyst to oil ratio,elevating the vapor pressure of gasoline and carbon on the regenerated catalyst,etc.The implementation results show that the gasoline octane number has reached more than 90.5 units which is an increase of 0.7 units as compared with that before optimization.The monthly economic benefit increase is about 453.6 × l04 Yuan RMB under the optimization of operating conditions.The high-octane gasoline is produced,the cost of high-octane gasoline blending is reduced and loss of downstream units is compensated.
