摘  要:永磁传动技术可实现"零泄漏"的绝对密封,利于这一特点,可广泛应用在真空设备中以获得高洁净度、高真空度的作业环境。本文首先阐述了永磁传动原理,针对永磁驱动技术在真空设备动密封的应用,综述了关键技术的研究现状,介绍磁力驱动技术在真空获得设备、真空工程技术、真空机器人领域的应用,最后就真空磁力驱动动密封技术今后的研究与发展方向进行了探讨。The latest progress in the development of permanent magnetic driving(PMD)technology for vacuum dynamic sealing and its wider applications was tentatively reviewed. The discussions included but were not limited to: i) its operating principle and teehnological strengthens; ii)major research projects of PMD technology centered on its applieation in zero leakage sealing of a variety of vacuum systems; and iii) its increasingly wider applications in the fields of pumping equipment, vacuum engineering technology, and vacuum robot fabrication technology not only because of its capability of ensuring a highly clean and high vacuum environmenthut also because of its environmental friendliness. The development trends, research scenarios, and major problems of PMD technology were also briefly discussed in a thought provoking way.
