摘  要:目的 探讨移动输液管理系统对于护士工作效率的影响.方法 选取海军总医院急诊科2014年1月~2月引进“移动输液管理系统”后300名输液患者为试验组.2013年11月~12月未引进“移动输液管理系统”前的300名输液患者为对照组.统计两组患者的从接单到输液完成各环节耗时.结果 对两组患者各环节耗时进行统计,试验组接单耗时(24.38±3.11)s、配液核对前耗时(7.11±1.31)s、输液前核对耗时(6.53±1.34)s、呼叫相应耗时(6.40± 1.30)s均短于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论 引进“移动输液管理系统”能减少患者输液等候时间和呼叫相应时间、从而提高护士的工作效率.Objective To explore the influences of mobile infusion to nursing service quality and efficiency.Methods A comparison analysis of the time consumption of the infusion was conducted between the two groups:experiment group of 300 patients who received infusion therapy with mobile transfusion management system between 2014.1 and 2014.2 in the emergency department,control group of 300 infusion patients without applying to the system between 2013.11 and 2013.12.Results It cost the experiment group (24.38±3.11) s to pick up orders,(7.11 ± 1.31) s to verify prior to creating transfusion,(6.53± 1.34) s to verify prior to conducting the infusion,(6.40± 1.30) s to communicate.They all were significantly shorter than the control group,P< 0.05.Conclusion Introduction of the system is considered being effective in reducing the patients' waiting time and enhancing the quality and efficiency of the nursing service.
