摘　　要：目的探讨后腹腔镜手术治疗泌尿外科疾病的围手术期护理。方法在后腹腔镜下行泌尿外科手术患者74例,做好充分的术前准备及心理护理,术后密切监测病情,观察伤口、引流情况,积极预防并发症。结果 74例患者手术顺利,恢复好,痊愈出院。结论术前有效的沟通,心理疏导,术后认真做好生命体征监测、饮食指导、术后并发症如高碳酸血症、肩部酸痛等的预防。这些是腹腔镜手术顺利开展的重要保证。Objective To investigate the perioperative period nursing of the treatment of urological diseases by retroperitoneal laparoscopic operation. Methods There were 74 patients undergone urologic surgical procedures applied by retroperitoneal laparoscope. Full preoperative preparation and psychological nursing were made, and close monitoring was conducted on disease condition, situation of wound and drainage, in order to prevent complications. Results The operations of 74 cases were all successful, and all patients recovered well and left the hospital. Conclusion Preoperative effective communication and psychological counseling, postoperative monitoring of vital signs, diet instruction, and prevention of complications, such as hypercapnia and shoulder pain, were important guarantees of successful retroperitoneal laparoscopic operation.
