煤矿用悬挂式隔爆水袋架的设计与应用

摘　　要：开采有煤尘爆炸危险煤层,必须有预防和隔绝煤尘爆炸的措施。悬挂式水袋架是一种用于井下煤巷悬挂防爆水袋的架体,其目的是提供一种能保证隔爆水袋上口撑张开且四周边缘呈水平状态,从而使水袋容量可达到最大装水量的悬挂式水袋架。在有发生煤尘爆炸危险性的煤巷或回采工作面两巷相关的岩巷,安装一定数量的隔爆水袋架,作为隔爆水棚,可以在发生煤尘爆炸时起到很好的隔爆作用,减轻爆炸的轻度。本文根据相关规程,结合矿井实际情况设计了一种用于矿井巷道隔爆的悬挂式水袋架,在实际工程应用中,起到了良好效果。The coal mining with coal dust explosion hazard, there must be cut off and coal dust explosion pre-vention measures. Hanging water bag is a kind of suspension explosion-proof heating pad used in undergroundcoal lane frame body, its purpose is to provide a guarantee flame-proof water flowing through open and hori-zontality rim around, so that the water can reach the maximum loading capacity of water hanging waterbag. Occurred in the coal dust explosion hazard of coal roadway or working face two lane related rock, installa-tion of a certain number of flame proof water bag, as the flameproof water shed, can in the case of coal dustexplosion have very good isolation effect, reduce the explosion of light.
