摘 要:为了解决人工分选珍珠效率低、精度不高等问题,设计了一种基于图像处理的检测系统,采用单向底照明光源和穹顶光源结合的照明方案,采集珍珠图像,通过后续的图像处理后,转换到极坐标下,求出长短径,根据直径差可对珍珠形状大小进行有效地判别.实验结果表明,该系统测量值与千分尺测量值结果一致,误差在0.200mm以内,可满足珍珠厂家的检测要求.In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and poor precision of the artificial selection ot pearls, a detection system based on image processing was designed. By using one-way lighting from the bottom, as well as the dome lighting scheme, pearl images were collected and converted to polar coordinates. And the major and minor axis was obtained through the subsequent image processing. The shape and the size of pearls were effectively discriminated based on the difference of axis. The result of the experiment shows that the measured values of the detection system are consistent with the micrometer measurement values, with an error of less than 0. 200 mm, which meets the detection requirements of pearl factories.
