镇江“三山”景区导游队伍现状及对策分析

摘　　要：镇江"三山"景区导游队伍现状不容乐观,存在一些问题。为提高该景区的导游服务质量,从建立合理的准入制度,提高导游从业门槛;完善培训体系,培养优质导游员队伍;加强导游服务质量监控管理,严格考核制度;制定合理薪酬,健全激励机制等方面提出了解决对策。The current situation of the tour guide team of Zhenjiang Sanshan Scenic Spots is not good enough and there exist some problems.To improve the quality of tour guide＇s services in this scenic spot,the thesis attempts to put forward countermeasures such as establishing a reasonable access system,perfecting the training system to culti-vate high quality tour guide team,strengthening the monitoring and management of the guide＇s service quality,car-rying out the strict appraisal system and setting reasonable compensation and improving the incentive mechanism.
