摘　　要：广深沿江高速公路(深圳段)以其重要的地理位置和严酷的自然气候条件,给公路运营管理部门如何对其进行有效监督管理提出了较高要求。对广深沿江高速公路(深圳段)所处路网网络特性进行了分析,确定疏散点及备选线路,并通过TSIS仿真软件对其在雨天条件下的交通疏散方案进行建模,优化了广深沿江高速公路(深圳段)在恶劣天气条件下交通组织管理上的灵活性和机动性。Because of the important location and severe climate conditions,there are higher requirements for operation manage-ment of Guangshen Coastal Expressway （Shenzhen Section）.In this paper,the highway network characteristics where Guangshen Coastal Highway （Shenzhen Section）is located have been analyzed,the alternative routes for evacuation have been determined, models of traffic evacuation under rainfall conditions have been built with TSIS simulation software,which has improved the mob-ility and flexibility of traffic organization for the Guangshen Coastal Highway （Shenzhen Section）under severe climate conditions.
