功利主义背景下反思高等教育管理缺失的精神

摘　　要：在功利主义等影响下,当代中国高等教育缺乏对人文精神教育的足够重视,没有真正继承和弘扬大学应有之"立德树人"的理性精神和"教书育人"的批判性思维,致使部分大学沦为制造各门类高级专门人才的"知识工厂",失去了自己的精神灵魂。这应从纠正观念错误、思想道德教育、节俭教育、课程设置体系、研究本土资源、变革评价体系等方面反思问题,以期推进高等教育改革。Influenced by utilitarism, the leadership of China＇s Higher education pays little attention to the humane spiritual education, does not carry on or promote the rational spirit of ＂Educating people with good virtues＂ and the critical thinking of ＂Imparting knowledge and Educating people＂, making some universities relegate themselves to the ＂Knowledge factory＂ where various advanced talents are produced, losing their own spiritual soul. This should be rethought profoundly in terms of rectification of concept error, ideological and moral education, frugality education, curriculum establishment, studies of local resources, and reformation of evaluation system, hoping to further the reformation of higher education.
