摘 要:吐哈盆地三塘湖油田马朗凹陷长水平段水平井钻井过程中,复杂事故频出,井壁稳定性差、环空悬砂携砂和井眼清洁能力差等问题突出。针对该地层钻井复杂事故,开展弱凝胶钻井液技术研究,通过室内评价试验,该钻井液体系具有良好的流变性能、抗温能力、抗污染能力和润滑性能。现场应用结果表明,弱凝胶钻井液解决了该区块的储层保护和井壁稳定问题,与邻井相比,机械钻速提高了32.56%,平均建井周期缩短了31.79%。In the process of long horizontal well drilling in Malang Sag of Santanghu Oilfield in Tuha Basin,complex accidents were frequently induced with poor borehole stability,problems of annulus sand suspending and sand carrying and poor borehole cleaning ability were obvious.For the complex formation drilling accidents,a weak gel drilling fluid technology was studied,laboratory experiment indicated that the drilling fluid system had good rheological properties,good temperature resistance and contamination resistance and lubrication performance.Field application result shows that weak gel drilling fluid can be used to solve the problems of reservoir protection and borehole stability,compared with the adjacent wells,penetration rate is reduced by 32.56%,the average well construction cycle is shortened by 31.79%.
