摘 要:新疆克拉玛依油田XA+B区水平井开发初期产量较高,随着水平井的规模应用、吞吐轮次增加,各类问题水平井也逐渐增多,低效水平井比例大,严重影响开发效果。为给下一步改善水平井开发效果、更好地开发该油藏提供依据,通过矿场实际生产数据,综合采用数理统计、油藏工程分析和数值模拟方法分别从单井控制储量、油层厚度、油层发育的连续性、原油黏度、水平井纵向位置、水平段长度对开发效果的影响进行了研究,进而对影响水平井开发效果的主控因素进行了分析。研究表明,原油黏度高、油层发育差、工程因素、直井汽窜是导致浅薄层超稠油油藏水平井蒸汽吞吐效果不理想,产量递减快,采油速度较低,采出程度偏低,开发效果差异大的主控因素。Higher initial production of horizontal well development was obtained in the XA+BRegion of Karamay Oilfield,with the increase of application of horizontal wells and the increase of steam huff and puff times,all kinds of problematical horizontal wells increased,inefficient horizontal wells increased,these seriously affected oilfield development effect.In order to provide basis of improving the development effect of the horizontal wells and for better development of reservoirs to the next step,through the actual field production data of the reservoir,comprehensive use of mathematical statistics and reservoir engineering analysis and numerical simulation method,the influence of controlled reserves,reservoir thickness,the continuity of reservoir growth,the viscosity of crude oil,vertical position of horizontal wells,horizontal section length on development effect of horizontal wells was studied,and the main control factors influencing development effect of horizontal wells were analyzed.Research shows that high oil viscosity,poor reservoir development,the engineering factors,steam channeling in vertical well are the main control factors on development effect of horizontal wells in shallow thin heavy oil reservoir,which include not ideal of steam huff and puff effect,rapid production decline,low oil recovery percent,low degree of reserves recovery,and poor development effect.
