摘  要:酸化压裂返排液是低渗透油田压裂作业中产生的废液,具有高色度、高浊度及高COD等特点。研究考察了不同氧化剂(Fenton试剂、NaClO、H2O2、KMnO4)对废液浊度、色度及COD去除率的影响,确定Fenton试剂是最优的氧化剂,优化了Fenton氧化处理酸化压裂废液的最佳条件。当水质pH值5~6,氧化反应时间2~4h,硫酸亚铁质量浓度4g/L,H2O2质量分数15%时,酸化压裂废液色度、浊度可降低至零,COD去除率可达90%以上,基本可以达到国家三级排放标准。The flowback fluid for acidizing and fracturing was a waste fluid from fracturing operation of low permeability oilfields,it had the characteristics of high chromaticity,high turbidity and high COD.The influence of different acidizing agents(Fenton reagent,NaClO,H2O2 and KMnO4)on the removal rate of turbidity and COD for the waste fluid was studied,it was determined that Fenton reagent was an optimal one,the conditions for treating the waste fracturing fluid with Fonten were optimized.When pH is 5~6,the reaction time is 2~4h,when ferrous sulfate concentration is 4g/L and H2O2 fraction is 15%,the turbidity and chromaticity can be reduced to zero,the removal rate of COD would be over 90%,it can reach the 3rd grade of national discharge standard.
