间苯三酚治疗孕20周前先兆流产的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨间苯三酚治疗孕20周前先兆流产的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月至2013年12月在我院进行先兆流产治疗的70例孕20周前孕妇随机分成观察组35例(间苯三酚+常规药物)和对照组35例(常规药物),对比两组的治疗效果。结果两组在治疗效果、症状持续时间、治疗时间、临床症状等方面相比差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论间苯三酚适用于孕20周前各类起因引起的小腹坠痛、不规则宫缩和阴道出血的先兆流产孕妇,能有效控制病情,疗效显著,胚胎、胎儿生长未受到干扰,值得在临床应用中推广。Objective To explore the phloroglucinol for treatment of threatened abortion at 20 weeks ago. Method To choose between January 2013 and December 2013, threatened abortion in our hospital treatment of 70 patients at 20 weeks pregnant women were randomly divided into observation group 35 cases （phloroglucinol＋conventional drugs） and control group, 35 cases （medications）, compared two groups of treatment effect. Results The two groups in therapeutic effect, duration of symptoms, treatment time, clinical symptoms, etc all have significant difference compared with （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Phloroglucinol is applicable to the 20 weeks ago caused by various causes of the lower abdomen pain, irregular contractions and vaginal bleeding of threatened abortion, pregnant women after alvine ache, vaginal bleeding quantity is little, embryonic and fetal growth without interference.
