持续性人文关怀理念在ICU护理中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的为了增加我ICU科患者的治疗效果和提高我科护理质量,分析和研究采取持续性人文关怀理念的可行性和价值。方法选取48例在我院ICU科住院治疗的患者作为考察目标并分组,其中对照组患者给予ICU料常规护理,而观察组患者在进行常规护理的基础上实施持续性人文关怀,对比和分析两组患者的住院情况。结果经过对研究数据分析发现,对照组患者的住院情况(住院天数、住院总花费、并发症、对护理满意度四方面)明显不如观察组患者情况,且两组患者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对ICU科的患者在常规护理基础上实施持续性人文关怀,不仅可以提高患者家属对疾病相关健康知识的了解程度,而且可以增加护患之间的沟通,提高患者对护理服务的满意度,值得推广。Objective To increase the therapeutic effect of my department of ICU patients and improve the quality of care in our department, analysis and research the feasibility and value of taking continuing the concept of humane care. Methods Selected 48 cases of patients in ICU department of our hospital as the study goals and grouped, in which the control group were treated with routine care in ICU department, and the observation group were sustained during the implementation of humane care based on routine care, compared and analyzed the hospitalized cases of two groups of patients. Results The analysis of the study data found that hospitalizations （hospital days, the total cost of hospitalization, complications, nursing satisfaction with four areas） of the control group were significantly inferior to the patient in observation group, and the difference between the two groups of patients were statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Patients in ICU department are sustained in implementation of humane care based on routine care ,not only can improve families of patients about understanding of the disease-related health knowledge, but also can increase communication between nurses and patients, and improve patients satisfaction with care, it is worthy of promotion.
