摘　　要：民生问题是指与百姓生活密切相关的衣食住行。从本质上讲,民生问题是人类社会发展的永恒主题,是经济社会发展的根本目的。民生问题是多层次的,权利、机会、规则、分配的公平是民生的本质要求,体现为由低到高的逐层递进。马克思主义理论体系蕴含着丰富而深刻的民生思想。The problem of people＇s livelihood refers to clothing, food, shelter, and transportation, which are closely related to people＇s daily life. Essentially, the problem is the eternal issue for the development of human society as well as the basic purpose for the development of economic society. The problem contains several levels. The justice of right, opportunity, rule and distribution is the essential requirement of people＇s livelihood, which goes forward from low to high level step by step. Marxist theory system contains rich and deep livelihood thought.
