摘　　要：结合国内外先进凝汽系统技术水平,根据昊华国泰40万t/a甲醇项目实际建设情况,确定60000 m3/h空分设备汽轮机配套直接空冷系统的流程和配置。介绍直接空冷系统的技术要求和设备部件要求,阐述60000 m3/h空分设备汽轮机直接空冷系统的选型优化。The process and allocations of the necessary turbine direct air-cooling system of 60000 m^3/h air separation plant are determined as per the actual construction conditions of Haohua Guotai 40 × 10^4 t /a methanol project and in combination with technical level of foreign and home advanced condensing system. Here,the technical requirements for direct air-cooling system and the requirements for equipment components are briefed,and the selection and optimization of turbine direct air-cooling system of 60000 m^3/h air separation plant are described.
