摘　　要：[目的]探讨紫薇种子的催芽技术,为充分利用其种质资源提供参考。[方法]利用恒温箱内催芽、日光温室拱棚内沙藏催芽、光照培养箱内催芽3种试验方法探讨了紫薇种子的催芽技术。[结果]紫薇种子发芽速度随温度升高而加快,发芽率随温度上升而提高,25℃恒温催芽的效果最佳。[结论]为紫薇种子催芽技术的进一步研究和生产应用提供了理论依据。[Objective] The stratification technique of L.indica seed was explored in order to provide reference for full use of germplasm resources.[Method] Three test methods were used to discuss the stratification technique of L indica seed,and those were the constant temperature box germination,the greenhouse arch shed sand reservoir germination and the light incubator germination.[Result] The germination speed and germination rate of L.indica seed increased with the increasing of temperature,and the constant temperature of 25 ℃ germination was the best.[Conclusion] The results provide theoretical basis for further research and production application on stratification technique of L.indica.
