摘 要:[目的]分析大黄鱼膨化饲料在水中的稳定性,从而为该饲料进行评价提供依据.[方法]通过测定投喂大黄鱼膨化饲料后不同时间水中氨氮、硝酸盐氮与亚硝酸盐氮的产生量,并分析大黄鱼膨化饲料对水中氨氮、硝酸盐氮和亚硝酸盐氮浓度的影响.[结果]7种饲料进入水中以后,水中氨氮浓度随时间的增加而升高,0~12 h上升较慢,12~24 h急速增加,30 h达到最高.硝酸盐氮浓度随着时间的延长而升高,6 ~ 12 h上升最快,24h有所降低,30 h趋于平缓.亚硝酸盐氮浓度也随时间的增加而升高,0~12 h内投喂0#~3#饲料后水中亚硝酸盐氮浓度的上升趋势比较明显,而投喂4#~6#饲料后水中亚硝酸盐氮浓度的上升趋势不明显,而12 ~24 h内则相反,24 h后亚硝酸盐氮浓度基本保持不变.[结论]大黄鱼膨化饲料对水中氨氮、硝酸盐氮和亚硝酸盐氮浓度有影响,这可能与饲料配方或加工工艺引起的饲料粘合度不同有关.[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the stability of extruded feed for Pseudosciaena crocea in water and provide basis for the feed evaluation.[Method] The yield of ammonia nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen in water after feeding P.crocea with extruded feed different time were determined.And the effects of extruded feed for P.crocea on the concentrations of ammonia nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen in water were analyzed.[Result] After 7 kinds of extruded feed entered into water,the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in water increased with the prolonging of time.The concentration of ammonia nitrogen in water increased slowly within 12 hours,rapidly increased between 12 ~ 24 h and reached the maximum at 30 h.The concentration of nitrate nitrogen in water increased with the prolonging of time.The concentration of nitrate nitrogen in water increased rapidly between 6 ~ 12 h,decreased at 24 h and trended to be stable at 30 h.The concentration of nitrite nitrogen also increased with the prolonging of time.0 ~ 12 h,the increasing trend of nitrite nitrogen concentration in water after feeding 0# ~ 3# feed was obvious,but the increasing trend of nitrite nitrogen concentration in water after feeding 4#-6#feed was not obvious.0-12 h,the increasing trend of nitrite nitrogen concentration in water was on the contrary.After 24 hours,the concentration of nitrite nitrogen was basically stable.[Conclusion] The extruded feed for P.crocea had influences on the concentrations of ammonia nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen in water,which might be related with different adhesiveness caused by different feed formulae and processing technology.
