摘　　要：介绍了空中急救体系构建的重要性以及美国、瑞士、德国等空中急救体系发展的特点和优势,针对我国空中急救发展较慢、各地急救中心空中急救体系建设发展不平衡及运行模式不一、承担的急救医疗服务方式不同的现状,提出应完善突发事件空中应急救援的政府主导模式,以商业运行模式为辅,提供空中救护服务;应建立公益性与商业化经营相结合、布局合理、反应及时、运转高效的空中急救体系,提高空中急救的整体服务能力和水平.This paper introduced the importance of the air medicine system,and features and advantages of its development in the USA,Switzerland and Germany,and China＇s status quo.In view of the slow development of air medicine,imbalanced development and different operation models of air medicine systems in localities,and different models of emergency medicine services in the country,the paper proposed to build a model of government guidance and business operation as support for air medicine against emergency events,providing air ambulance service; to build an air medicine system featuring both public welfare and business operation,reasonable layout,timely response,and efficient operation,which will enhance the overall capacity of air medicine.
