摘　　要：随着我国建筑行业的飞速发展,建筑工程施工阶段的造价控制也逐步得到业内人士的广泛关注。本文首先概况介绍了建筑工程施工阶段造价控制工作的主要内容,并对其中的造价影响因素作了简要说明,然后从技术、经济、管理的角度对施工阶段造价控制的有效策略进行了深入探究。With the rapid development of China＆#39;s building industry, cost control in construction stage of architecture engineering gradually gets widespread concern of the personage of the industry. This paper firstly introduces the main contents of the cost control in construction stage of architecture engineering, and explains its influencing factors briefly, and then studies the effective strategies of cost control in construction stage of architecture engineering from the perspective of technology, economy and management.
