摘  要:介绍了唐山国丰钢铁有限公司低碳冷轧用钢SPHC试验采用不同工艺对产品质量、成本的影响分析。通过对转炉-连铸、转炉-LF精炼-连铸、转炉-RH精炼-连铸不同的生产工艺流程进行对比,分析了不同工艺生产难点及控制技术,并对产品质量、成本、下游客户使用效果进行细致的对比研究,发现通过RH精炼工艺生产产品各项质量指标均优于其余工艺,克服生产难点后,生产成本逐步降低;转炉直供工艺在降低生产成本基础上,质量对比未见显著变化。根据各工艺成本及生产情况进行对比,有利于下游客户用途细分及产品成本有效优化,为今后产品升级和质量优化提供技术储备。The influence on the quality and cost test of rolled low carbon steel SPHC using different processes in Tangshan Guofeng Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. was introduced. Different production technologies of the converter-con- tinuous casting, the converter-LF refining-continuous casting, the eonverter-RH refining-continuous casting produc- tion process were contrasted. Different production technology aporia and control technologies were analyzed, and the quality, cost and customer evaluating were contrasted. The product quality on RH refining process was better than that on other process, and it is possible to reduce the production cost after overcoming production aporia. There is no evident change on product quality adopting the converter-continuous casting technology although the cost was re- ducing. According to the comparison of cost and productive process, it is propitious to discriminate the client appli- cation, optimize product cost, and provide technical storage for promoting product quality afterwards.
