摘　　要：介绍了预查阶段探矿权价值评估的理论基础,建立了基于层次分析法和模糊综合评判法的探矿权评估模型,并以内蒙古某预查阶段探矿权为例进行评估,对评估的结果进行了分析。结果证明:模型对预查阶段探矿权的评估具有良好的效果,有利于更加客观地评估预查阶段探矿权所依附的勘查区域内的找矿潜力,进而提高探矿权投资决策与管理水平。Firstly ,some the studying phase of exploration right valuation theory was introduced;a evalua-tion method for reconnaissance exploration right was built based on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory ;finally ,a reconnaissance exploration right in Inner Mongolia was taken as an example for further applications , and the results of evaluation are analyzed .Above research showed：the model of evaluation has good effect for the primary stage of exploration , the exploration right is benefi-cial to more objectively evaluate the study stages attached ore-prospecting potential in exploration area , w hich can improve the decision and management level of the exploration investment .
